Pathway for Heroes - Workforce Solutions Borderplex

You’ve served our nation, and now it’s our turn to serve you. Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) is excited to announce enrollment for transitioning military members in high-demand training programs within the region. We’re talking about opportunities in high-demand fields such as aerospace, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and IT.

We understand that making the leap into civilian life can be challenging. But that’s where we come in. We’re here to have your back, just like you had ours.

Eligible Participants are:
Active Duty: Must be stationed at Fort Bliss and within 180 days of ETS/retirement.
Veterans: Must have separated within the last 48 months and live in the El Paso area.

Training Pathways

Fill out this form

Tuition and Certification Funding: We cover training programs less than 6 months, including courses like CompTIA (IT), CDL (Commercial Driver’s License), and Medical Assistant training.

Support Services: Need tools, work clothes, or other essentials? We can help.

Work-Based Learning: Gain experience and earn while you learn through paid internships or on-the-job training.

Ready to Start Your Next Chapter? This program is completely free, funded by the Department of Labor. Each participant receives up to $10,000, based on individual needs.
